  • Wish I would have read the reviews before my doctor scheduled my procedure....that being said, I had the chance to take a cancellation's appointment so I did. 7am be there by 6 am. Filled out all paperwork online, my doctor sent their paperwork 3 business days prior to the appointment. I show up and I am not on the schedule! They lied about not getting the paperwork from my doctor (my dr has proof of sending it). They then demanded $1700 from me! Meanwhile my doctor is waiting for me, it's now 9am. I agreed to pay my $100 copay and the office supervisor refused stating they need at least half up front. This was supposedly in network. My appointment was canceled because my doctor had to leave. After all it was 2 hours past my surgery time! Watch out.... Update Rescheduled with St Rose outpatient surgery center my co insurance $1000.00 less ummmm any comments Parkway??
