  • DO NOT GO HERE to sell any jewelry whatsoever!! This place is unethical to say the least. After reading the reviews, and especially the recent article with IRS visiting and closing the store, I was hesitant to go, but wanted to get three estimates and thought Scottsdale was a good area. I brought in an 18 kt white gold and diamond ring that I paid WELL over $10,000 for and was offered $550.00!!!!!! I also had a diamond tennis bracelet that I paid $5,000 for and was offered $1,000 for!!! I am knowledgeable about jewelry and know you never get what you pay for, but this was CLEARLY taking advantage of an individual, and practically robbing me blind!! As we were sitting in a back room we also overheard the employees out on the showroom floor swearing as well!! Someone went out to tell them to be quiet as they probably didn't know we were there due to it being close to closing time, but that is no excuse and just goes to show the caliber of people working here. Utterly unprofessional and just plain classless; I wouldn't ever go here again even if they were giving anything away for free!!!!!!! See posting by Nadia S. on 4/14/16, completely AGREE!!!!!
