  • I don't understand the hype. The ice cream was mediocre. They sort of copied sub zero ice cream's style and mission. This place does not have a effective ordering system/assembly line. I received my order first then had to wait 10 mins for my sisters order granted we paid on the same ticket. We stood there (at the pick up counter) waiting for someone's attention but nobody acknowledged us until we said excuse me. Okay product and execution but terrible terrible terrible service.
