  • As I'm writing this review, I'm sitting in the final stages of my pedicure... a standard pedicure that typically takes 30-40 minutes TOPS, took OVER an hour and a half to complete. My technician had to have been new or VERY inexperienced. I had to lead her through the process as I've been here many times before. She was very unsure of herself, shaking alot & having to check with multiple technicians around her. As I watched people who came in after me, leave before me... my unpleasant experience became even MORE unpleasant. The girl ended up having another technician apply the polish as she was not capable of doing so herself. At check out, my services were not discounted, I was asked why no tip numerous times. Many good experiences with the tenured technicians, sadly, this just was not the case today. You might think "why let one bad experience ruin the rest?" WELL, all the employees knew it wasn't going well &not one stepped in to relieve the girl. It is a business, you should operate as a team, not each man for them self.
