| - When people told me the nightmares & horror stories surrounding suburban express, I figured it was just talk from disgruntled students. I was most definitely wrong.
They tell you to print out your ticket & after reading enough Google reviews, I knew I had to or else. So I went through the process of ordering online, entering in my credit card which had MORE than sufficient funds, only to receive the error message that something was wrong. I tried this three times by fixing the problems they claimed were there. After doing so, I decided to give up and wait a few hours before trying again.
I waited, same issue. Frustrated, I checked my card to see if there was an issue only to find they had charged me six different times successfully without there being a ticket for me to print. I called suburban express to get it figured out but they refused to talk to me and were incredibly, horribly rude.
I intend to speak with Bank of America in order to get this settled, I'm not about to pay them upwards of $100 for a ticket I never received and for a service poorly run. These are some insane people, avoid them at all costs.
Edit: this post is over 2 years old & yet the owner still feels the need to incite an argument with unsatisfied customers, the hallmark of a business that lacks in both class & efficiency. I did not enter my information wrong as the error message read as insufficient funds & I double checked my card multiple times as well as all other information. I even had my mom double check to be sure. I refuted the claims on my card and was refunded far sooner than you supposedly refunded me. Again, homeboy is sassy as hell - avoid suburban express as they have zero respect for customers, students, or the human race in general. Not to mention, their racist tendencies. Anytime I come back to visit, you can be sure I'll be avoiding this odd little place.
