  • Food is not bad at all, but that's where the good things end. First off, the color. This is might well be my personal opinion but I have no idea why the world would Emzy choose to have the seats and wall in light blue. It feels aloof and tasteless. Also the decoration is plain and boring for the the prices it's charging. No, it is not "simple" it is just plain. So if you want to have a date, this place won't be ideal. Second, a waitress who caught my nerve. Hey I know, this is Charlotte and by no means the most diverse city ever. Nonetheless I was still shocked by how we were treated differently compared to some other guests. I am not necessarily saying that this person is racist or prejudiced but I am surely offended by her lack of professionalism. Overall, have to say I am very disappointed at Emzy, and will not be visiting again. Not recommended.
