I never write reviews on here but I felt the need to.
Based on only my experiences with the front desk receptionists I WISH I could leave 0 stars. I was referred here by my primary physician and usually my referrals go smoothly. But this was one of the most awful experiences I've ever had at a medical office. When I walked in I had told one of the receptionist that I had an appointment and that I was referred here. She later said that they couldn't find my referral and that they would not be able to see me. I left. A few minutes later I got a call from my primary and said that I should be able to get seen by the dermatologist and that it was the office's responsibility to contact my doctor and get everything set. I went back and explained everything.
Once I explained what my primary doctor had said another receptionist just looked at me as if I didn't speak English and promptly said "well what am I supposed to do?" Another receptionist called me over and then again I explained everything. I told her that it was her office's responsibility to CALL my primary to get everything settled. This girl then told me "we don't make phone calls. We have too many patients to do that". Then like what if your job?? Like I understand that they have many patients but come on there was 3 other receptionists doing basically nothing. Overall all 3 receptionists working don't know what they're doing, they're snobby and all around rude. They need to be retrained or fired.
Nevertheless I will tell my primary to refer me to another dermatologist with hopefully more helpful and friendly receptionists.
