  • Hi Julie, Thank you for your time and response. I will definitely be giving you call today. I was able to get what my corrected balance is and resolve that. However, I wasn't told until yesterday that afternoon pickup was included in the rate for scholarship recipients until after I've already paid an additional non-refundable amount for afterschool care at the school my daughter attends. I'm livid right now this center's negligence in providing me with accurate information regarding a program that they suggested that I apply for has cost me additional time, engergy and money. Due to them not disclosing that additional piece of information. Furthermore, the excuse that the director gave me regarding the conflicting pricing is not acceptable and not even plausible at best. This center is very unorganized to say the least.
