The customer service at this place is HORRIBLE.
My fiance bought my engagement ring from Capri and I loved the ring except for that the diamond has very strong blue florescence. Fluorescence is not something most people are familiar with and Capri did not bother to mention this to my fiance before he bought the ring. They should have properly explained all the qualities of the diamond to him before he bought it.
Anyway, I immediately noticed the blue color in the stone anytime I was in the sun. So we went back to Capri to get it exchanged. This was back in Sept. It is now end of year and Capri is still giving us the runaround. They keep telling us they will order a new diamond but they have yet to do so. Capri keeps promising to have the new diamond by a certain date, but then makes some excuse as to why the diamond isn't in yet. First the owner is on vacation.. then they ordered the diamond but the shipment went to the wrong store... then the diamond was accidentally locked in the safe and only the owner can open it (and oh by the way, he's out of town again)... then they finally got the diamond out of the safe but its the wrong specifications....
We've had to follow up with Rob at Capri jewelers several times and every time, its one excuse after another. I will NEVER shop here again and would advise you against it as well.
