rev:text	I had a horrible experience with Living Spaces. My husband and I purchased a sectional couch called the Portico and had delivered to our house on January 2nd. We noticed couch looking very lumpy just after 4 days of ownership. I called on January 8 to notify company about the appearance. It was a good thing I did that because by the end of March the couch looked like it was 5 years old already. I went down to speak with the sales manager by the name Terry Immekus who then refused to do anything to satisfy my complaint about the appearance and how uncomfortable the couch was. I told him that my husband and I did not like the couch at all and that we just wanted to exchange it. All he would tell me was that he couldn't do anything for us and to call corporate. I even told him that I was sitting in a desk chair more than on the couch and that I had to go to a chiropractor because of the couch. I am 4 months pregnant and I told him I should be enjoying the couch. So what saved me was the fact that I put a call in 6 days after owning couch and it was in the system. A young woman named Christina who was a lead salesman helped us within 5 minutes. She printed my complaint and called corporate then uploaded my pictures. They were more than happy to help because I called within their crazy 7 days policy. So I was able to pay just a 5% restocking fee and she said they would exchange couch with something else. Christina saved the day. As for Terry Immekus, not sure how he became a manager because he is certainly not in the market of satisfying unhappy customers.
