| - I am so glad I tried OTB Bicycle Cafe because it not only offers a special Paleo/"health conscious" menu, but it also has the coolest, edgiest vibe about it! I arrived a little after 11 am, so there was a group of people there before my friend and I, but it otherwise wasn't busy, which was nice because it is a small space and I can see it getting loud if crowded. I ordered the "Sam's Portabella 'Samwich'" with my choice of a turkey burger. Other choices included beef, chicken, or veggie burger. Instead of buns, your glorious turkey patty will be smothered in between two lovely portabella caps, ideal for the carb and health conscious! I cut it into bite size pieces instead of going at it hand to mouth style and I have to say- it was so good I can't believe it is considered healthy! It came with a side of brocolli, which was nice because I didn't have to specify that I wanted a healthy side, it was just part of the package. The "samwich" was $8.99, which is a pretty good cost considering that Chef Tyner and Ross worked on the recipe, ensuring that flavor would not be compromised in the making of a healthy dish. (I read that about the chefs on the secret Healthy Eating Menu). I give this 5 stars! If you're on a restricted diet and you taste this glorious (yet PALEO) dish, you too will be drooling!
