  • I go to this place because Tracy does great eyebrows. There is also another lady but she has not been there in a while so I don't think she works there ... However yesterday I went to get a fill because I have a interview today and I didn't have time to make it to KD nails on 91st ave and van Buren. My very first time I let them do my nails and let's just say I was BEYOND UPSET. Tracy knows I only like her to do my eyebrows but they sent me to another girl so I ask "can you shape eyebrows" she said yes WRONG SHE DIDNT but I let it got and said I'll just fix them at home. She said "OK I will do your fill" i said ok because like I said I never had them done there at all but I asked "do you know how to fill coffin shape nails" she said "yes hunti you show me" I really had to tell her what to do but being this isn't my profession I couldn't really get her to understand. She knew I was not happy because I just paid them and walked out with no polish and she said "you not happy huh?" "Hunti i am new i dont have experience" that pissed me off BUT She kept say "i apologize"and you can see it in her face she felt bad. let it go but for Tracy and the other lady I see doing nails they are wrong because they just wanted to go home.
