  • "If this is wrong, I dont need to be right" diner dinner nite. Royal on Bernard is my "go to" for a no fuss, cheap burger and fries feed. Pop comes with, but aside from the rare root beer I dont touch the sweet sodas. When I was a really poor Concordia student (by mid first term =D) my first year here, this was the only place -near my digs- that I could occasionally afford to satiate the hunger. The fellas there are great, they know me well! The menu is a mix of things Greek and fast American. The ambiance is classic no-ambiance time-warp. Rocket Richard frequented this 'joint' back 'in the day' and I doubt a thing has changed since. (aside from the cash machine). They take debit and credit cards btw. Bacon, mushrooms, mozzarella, onions, lettuce, tomato and mayo burger and a good heap of fries 10$ with gratuity. Ready in a few moments.
