  • Urggghhh where do I begin. We made reservations for 8pm on a Friday which making reservations is a must especially on the weekends. We arrived on time and was seated right away. After we were seated we waited 20 minutes and no one had even came to our table to greet us. So my boyfriend got up and went to the hostess who came to our table to take our drink and appetizer order. Another 10 minutes past and a guy that seemed to be our waiter brings us our drinks and ask if we wanted appetizers to which we told him yes that we had already ordered them. Another 20 minutes later we received our appetizers. A little crazy as we have now been there for over 40 minutes. We quickly ordered our entree when our "waiter" brought the appetizer because we didn't know when we would see him again. We waited another 20 minutes no food. The staff looked disorganized with their full attention on a large party celebrating a birthday. I needed some air so I walked outside and told my boyfriend if our food is not here in 10 minutes we are leaving. He talked with the "waiter" who went to get the food. Finally at last a Christmas miracle came and our food came over an hour after we arrived. By this point I was over it and over the lackluster food. Never again. If I was completely exhausted and hangry I would have spoken with the manager.
