I recently went into your store: Summerlin Store #1025: 9775 W Charleston

I enrolled my dog in the dog training classes. The first class we attended (09/02/14)...no one showed up so it was canceled. That is no one showed up BUT ME and my dog the instructor. I was told to come back on Thursday (09/04/14) at 10am for a different class. I showed up on Thursday for the class and yes the instructor was there...but again...I was told the class was canceled. The instructor did go through a couple of "examples" with my dog, but no real "training" was done at either meeting. Again I was told to come back at 9am on Saturday (09/06/14). I was there and NO ONE showed up...not even the instructor!!
I have requested a refund from Petsmart. I will update this review once I get it. We'll see how their customer service is.
On a side note...I do love this store. I shop there all the time. I do not however recommend their dog training classes...that is ALL this review is about. It is not about the store itself or the grooming salon...all of which are excellent....the one star I am giving is for the Pet Training only.
*Update* I did finally get a refund from PetSmart. A month later I get a call from one of the trainers. The message she left on my voice mail stated the Saturday class had been canceled and she apologized for any problems this may cause. HELLO...I haven't been into a class, I got a refund! I have started shopping at a different PetSmart....obviously this one needs some improvements.
