  • My hair was cut here exclusively for the past 4yrs, but not anymore. Besides the three price increases in the past 2 1/2 yrs, they have recently added a compulsory 6% "environmental fee" to the price of a haircut. No mention, sign or explanation, just a added charge. Didn't know how my handful of natural hair that's cut every 6 weeks is environmental waste, so I phoned them to ask about it and it was explained to me that a bunch of convicts in B.C. was now weaving the accumulated hair clippings into a oilspill cleanup product. How cleaver, but why exactly am I forced to participate and moreover, pay for such a hair-brained scheme that some nut-job in Chatters HO thought up? I already minimize my enviro footprint wherever sensibilities apply, so save me the do-gooder for the planet BS, Chatters. I now go to a Barber shop in another Mall, where my haircut is 40% cheaper, 40% better cut and with non of this added fees BS. Shop elsewhere!
