  • Terrible hotel and customer service. I booked my suite way in advance for a trip to see my family. When I arrived they said they accidentally booked someone over my reservation. They offered to drive me to another station hotel. Well that's pretty far away from where my family lives so that would have been very inconvenient and I also had my own car. The put me in a regular room at a discounted price. Really? They SHOULD have comped the room as their way of making up for their F#%k up! I emailed with management who were hoping I'd stay there next time and said only if they'd comp the room. Never heard back!! Btw the ONLY decent room in this place are the suites. The regular rooms pale in comparison and I'm putting that mildly. I hated the room they stuck me in. I won't stay at this place again. It's just a greedy cheap chain that has no clue about good customer service.
