  • I had been dreading getting my window replaced because every quote I got over the phone was nearly $400! A company came out and quoted me $350 and when I called GWS, they said it'd be about the same but the woman I spoke to was very sweet over the phone so I figured I may as well use them. They quickly came out to give me a quote and after seeing it, they quoted it MUCH lower than the previous company. I took the morning off to be there when they were available. Unfortunately an emergency took them away when they planned to be here. They asked about my schedule and even though I couldn't be home during normal working hours, they came late the same day to get it done. Ray was polite, efficient and cleaned up entirely. I couldn't recommend working with them more highly!
