  • When I thought hope was lost - Verna saved the day! I had started preparation for my wedding with another florist, and that fell through almost a month before my wedding. I had a very specific vision for my wedding. "Blue roses." My first phone call to Verna was bascially "blue roses or nothing." It was kismet - Verna just happened to be working on another wedding with blue roses so I could see an example and was able to help me make my vision come to life. That vision also got expanded to include white roses, lilies, and silver gems - she sat with me for 2 hours and we created flowers for my aisle, hanging blue rose balls, a tablescape, and beautiful centerpieces for my wedding. My bouquet was blue roses (another specific vision) and she helped dress it up with ribbon to make it look nice. She even through in tossing bouquet so mine could be preserved after the ceremony. It all turned out amazing. I appreciated her going above and beyond especially after my first florist almost ruined my big day.
