  • Been customer for years at jiffy on E. Charleston , but will not be going back ever. First , after I paid they told me meet them at O Reileys because they did something to cause my engine light to come on. Second, I get in and immediately noticed that they put some deep long scratches in my leather steering wheel. I can only assume that they scratched it with belt buckle while turning to drive into oil pitt. I immediately confronted there GM (Ozzy) who drove it in and out. Ozzy stated to me and he's district manager that he noticed damage when he drove it in. Which tells me he's a liar and he did it, because I know damn well those scratches weren't there when I got there. He's district manager is telling me that my steering wheel is getting old and time to replace. This guy is a joke. My car is a 2010 lexus with only 42,000 miles and he's telling me that it's time to replace. Long story short . He did nothing about it and luckily my engine light shut off on its own later on. Definitely will not recommend or be taking my three vehicles there anymore. My advice to anyone who goes there, do not take your eyes off your vehicle. Because , they will deny any damage caused by them.
