  • I spoke to the district manager who assured me this practice would not be tolerated and apologized profusely. I decided to give this location another try as I really wanted to try the iced tea again. But this time I asked for the Strawberry Acai Refresher because it comes with actual fruit. The person taking my order specifically asked if I wanted the fruit with it, I responded "Yes please" and even asked for ice in one cup and the tea in a separate cup, but when I got to the window, I noticed she failed to place the fruit in, when I questioned it, she said well it is because we do not have any!! And again, this was expressed with attitude and almost as though I should be a mind reader. Why ask me if I want the fruit in it if they do not have it and why did I have to ask where it was instead of her volunteering the information. I would have ordered a different drink. I asked if it was unsweet, she said that it was and I waited to drink it until I arrived home as I had to add some ice to it and found out that it was not unsweet but full of sugar, I could not even drink it, I just dumped it down the sink. Never again! This place is TERRIBLE!!!
