  • This store is the worst! I have NEVER had a good experience shopping here. Every single associate is rude, and pushy, including the managers. There is always bags and boxes spread all over the counter so it makes difficult trying to see the charms. I asked to look at two trays at once to compare charms, and the sales associate jerked the tray I was looking at out from underneath my hand, and said they couldn't have two out at a time because "there's cameras everywhere". If they are so worried about items being stolen then why have an entire counter covered in bags and boxes full of jewelry!?! Again, I hate going into this store. It's never a fun shopping experience.
