  • I hate leaving a bad review but this place is absolutely terrible. My iPhone 6 plus has been cracked for some time, but it recently stopped responding to touch. I took my phone in on the 27th and I was told it would be complete in a few hours. I said I'd be back by close to pick it up and they guaranteed me it would be ready by then. I asked if I could use the coupon on Yelp for $15 off by checking in and they told me no. The price gave me was also $20 higher than what they have listed on the website. But I didn't mind because I just needed to get my phone fixed asap. Fast forward 5 hours later I come back and he is still working on the phone. This is also no problem for me- but it would have been nice to get a phone call (especially since I was guaranteed it would be ready by that time.) I shrug it off and let them know I'll be back the next day to pick up my phone; I'm promised again that it will be ready. The next day during my lunch break I call to verify that the phone is all set. I called 3 times and no one picked up the phone. No problem, right? They promised it would be fixed by that time anyways. I go to pick up my phone and it is STILL unfinished. Now I've been back twice at the promised time and my phone isn't ready. My phone doesn't even have a screen on it, and then they tell me that the phone cannot even be fixed. Wow, this would have been nice to know ahead of time. So at this point I wonder if they had even worked on my phone the previous day because they are just now telling me that it cannot be fixed. But more importantly, why wasn't I called and notified about this? At this point my service with them has been disappointing enough- but I get over it and ask that they please just put my cracked screen back on so I can go on with my life. He told me he could easily do this in 20 minutes. I told him I'd be back in a few hours when I'm off work to come pick up my broken phone. I didn't get the chance to go when I got off of work that night, but I figured I'd pick it up the next day. Fast forward to today, I call to ask the status of my phone and they tell me it is not complete yet! I was told the previous day that it would be complete in 20 minutes, but I gave them 24 hours just to put back my broken screen on my broken phone and it is still not ready. The cherry on top was that they actually hung up on me when I called. So if you've got a broken phone, lots of time to waste, and you don't actually want them to fix your phone- then this is the place for you. Update: I finally got my phone back and it is in worse condition than it was before. He gave my phone back and it didn't turn on. He told me my phone just needed to be charged. I charged the phone and it no longer turns on. Completely broken at this point. I called 4 times and no answer, couldn't even leave a voicemail because it is full. No surprise.
