Run-down hotel, room is dirty (there is a booger on the tissue box cover in the bathroom). Staff exceedingly polite, but the physical building and facilities are grungy. Man who talks a lot outside kept me from sleeping (bad soundproofing); phone next to bed didn't work---but when I reported the problem they phoned three more times and sent an "engineer" to my door when I was trying to work. Starbucks coffee and condiments in room appear older than me. This this the nastiest Hyatt I've stayed in and something like a comedy of bad hospitality. Save your money: Best Western is cleaner and has better service.
