  • All of the comments are true here. Not worth money unless you really need a gym down town just to do cardio but the weight area is small and all the classes they advertised - some never happened. Fees went up after joining. I called to cancel my membership and really, the customer service was subpar. I wasn't asked why or anything. they don't really care. They did not honor what was in the contract for 30 day cancellation. VERY disappointed. NOTHING LIKE EAST BANK IN CHICAGO. Nothing at all. Clean and the machines - cardio and weights all work. those are 2 positives.
