  • Want to give a Hugh shout out to the hearing aid dept at the Galleria Way Costco. Very professional and presented the viable options in a non-pressure way. Great pricing at Costco--way better that Sams club and the rip-off company--Zounds. I actually feel very sorry for those who potential paid thousands over the Costco price for a way inferior Zounds product than Costco offers. Zounds you actually, during testing, are asked to tap on the desk (in a non-sound proof office) rather press a button in a sound proof environment at Costco. How substandard is that!!! When you factor in the substandard testing and poor fitting and highly inflated priced hearing aids at Zounds--warning do NOT buy from Zounds.
