  • **** DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS HOSPITAL *** First let me start by saying their triage area is a joke. There is no privacy and everyone can hear what you are discussing with a nurse. What a huge HIPAA violation. Came here for chest pain and was taken to a dirty ugly room to get an ekg. Nurse never introduced himself or what he would be doing. I was then taken to the back to the emergency and luckily i got a room. Let me tell you this place was something of drama tv. Patients all in the hallway, people running around crazy, ambulance bringing patient after patient. Then once I do get to my room I see several doctors who let me know what may be going on, etc. The nurse was horrible, never ever came to check on me, no button to call nurse if I needed anything. Really horrible bedside manner. Then they came to take my blood and she never introduced herself, what she was about to do, or if it was even okay. And had to beg for the raggedy remote so I could watch tv. Then I'm told I'll be admitted but there are no beds available and would have to go to an overflow unit. Much quieter but no bathroom, no privacy, no tv, absolutely nothing. It's stressful enough but this made it worse. I got to this unit 8pm last night and it's almost 3pm the next day. No food, no water because I have to wait for them to do a stress test. Now I'm really upset. And I can hear everything they are discussing with the patient next to me. Another HIPAA violation. Why would they not just transfer me to another hospital if there were no beds? Guess it's a money thing and they better not bill room & board since I was never in a room. I'm new to the area been here 2 months and was experiencing chest pain and Google & reviews said this wad the best place to come for cardiac issues. I'm so very disappointed & upset and hope I never ever have to come here again. I will be filing complaints.
