  • They did such a great job in our home! I originally started with Lowes and they quoted me one price and ended up doubling it by the end of the transaction!! You can say I was not a happy girl with the lack of clarity on the quote. I had gotten Santiago's number from our broker and decided to call them. Their customer service was amazing. We were definitely taken care of here and the price was very clear. We knew what we were paying for and there were no outrageous fees. It was cost for parts, cost for labor and these are the dates we will have them done. The financing was great as well which is what we really needed after just purchasing a house! I was very pleased. Thank you! I love my new floors!! The workers did clog both of my toilets though and left that for me to clean. Also I found beer bottle caps on the floor. I found a bag of trash in the garage that they were supposed to take with them full of scraps. I did not appreciate that but other than that, it was a good experience.
