  • I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who lived here for a few years. She lived here as it is nearby her place of employment and she felt the neighborhood met her safety standards. Throughout the years, no remodeling was ever done and the increased rental rate they currently charge is outrageous considering the lack of upgrades inside the units and on the property itself. I understand charging more according to zip code, socioeconomic standing of the surrounding neighborhood, demographics etc etc but NO. You cannot charge renters a thousand plus a month with outdated carpet, cheap plastic baseboards, particle board cabinetry and garbage strewn throughout the community simply because there's a ten year old stackable washer and dryer in unit. Management is poor, neighbors are obnoxious and loud and nothing is ever resolved. I use Yelp to rave about the businesses I love. For those that don't meet my standards, I simply do not patronize them and keep my thoughts to myself. However, I feel people deserve more than what Waterford provides. The property owner(s) and management group should be ashamed of the obvious greed that they exhibit by charging these rates. People, do your homework. There are privately owned living spaces with the upgrades (hard surface floors, stainless appliances, updated cabinetry) you deserve who charge way less than Waterford.
