I took my daughter to Santa's Wonderland and we got a fast pass for a 6:30pm "appointment" time. There were two lines: a 6pm line and a 6:30 line... There were 4 families in the 6pm line and about 4 ahead of us in our line. We waited for 20+ minutes before overhearing two families come up and get in line behind us. One of the employees, Nicholas, asked them if they had fast passes. When they said no, he instructed them to go ahead and line up in the 6pm line.... Letting them go ahead of all of us who had already been waiting. When we confronted him about it he basically said oh well. We headed over to customer service where we spoke with a manager, I believe her name was Dani... She apologize and acknowledged that this was wrong and shouldn't have happened. But NOT ONCE did anyone make an effort to rectify the situation. Acknowledging there's a problem is usually followed by an idea of how to remedy the situation. At least at establishments with good customer service. Apologies are fine but they don't change the fact that we left without my daughter getting a chance to see Santa. NEVER giving Bass Pro Shops my business ever again. This was completely unacceptable. And nothing is being done about it!
