  • Went into the store a month ago to pick up a pair of sunglasses. The owner was fantastic and provide recommendations and insights into different brands, materials, and frames (after my last experience with poor quality Prada's this was much needed). I picked a pair on Gucci glasses, but after few weeks realized that they produced too much glare, so I couldn't wear them while driving (she did warn me that they were not polarized). I came back to the store almost 5 weeks later, and the owner was very flexible and agreed to exchanged these! Yet again worked me through entire store, and she recommend a nice pair of Ray Bans which worked out perfectly. Great service, great selection, and fantastic pair of sunglasses. Highly recommend.
