  • Our washing machine broke down and being a "Diyer", my husband was determined to fix it himself. I looked on line for a parts store because ordering the parts by mail was going to take over 10 days and I need my washing machine to work tomorrow! I found Appliance Parts Center, called them and sure enough, they had the parts in stock. The guys at the store, specifically, Dr. Don and Mr. Eddie were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us a great deal on the part we needed. We were very impressed with their knowledge and expertise. The store was busy, a good sign, but they knew their business and got people in and out quickly. I was happy to find out they also repair air conditioners etc. This place is impressive. My new "go to" for major and minor repair parts. I gave them 5 stars for their customer service. We highly recommend them.
