If I can give 0 stars, I would! My boyfriend and I were looking to rent a car online. Before submitting the payment, we double checked the dates and times of our departure and arrival (as we ALL should do and ALWAYS do). After we submitted it, our itinerary gave us a DEFAULT date and time, one which we did NOT choose. Our dates were all messed up, so we called them to see if they can edit our dates/times or give us a refund, or store credit, or something! The lady on the phone was sooo rude and told us that they could not do anything about it and basically said that it was our fault. So now I have to call my bank to see if I can do anything about it. I am NOT paying for something I can't and am not going to use! TOTAL CRAPPPP!!!!!!!!
