Bad hair to SUPERB hair: I had gone in to D'ambrosio's to go lighter with my hair and sat with a stylist that did not meet my expectations. After speaking with the owner on the phone, who was very understanding and took care of my needs, I scheduled an appointment to correct things with another stylist, Sami. Sami was confident and reassured me that she could fix my hair and also get it to what I was aiming for in the beginning. She has a high attention to detail, she took her time, and even let me know towards the end what she would recommend for next time. I just wanted to thank those at the salon that made the second experience such a breeze. They apologized for something that was not their error and took ownership of my issue immediately which is outstanding customer service. I'm loving my hair thanks to Sami's knowledge and expertise :)
