  • Our AC went out when it was 115, typical, I purchased my last unit well over a decade ago from Magic Touch and although I've done tune ups over the years with them I didn't expect such prompt service since the last unit was purchased so lone ago. They were quick, professional and I was very satisfied with the cost of the new unit ( I did check around.) The tech gave me several options on units as well as their recommendation. I am super happy with the turn around time for my new unit and the service they provided. Hopefully I don't have to buy another AC for 20 years but when I do I know where I'll be calling.
