  • Went alone for Sunday brunch, arrived as they opened. Friendly staff, the brunch menu, as above, was pretty standard and not abundant for $12.00. The juice and coffee were $2.00 each extra and when the bill came for $17.32, I handed the server a twenty and received $2.00 in change. When questioned about the change discrepancy , I was told Cosmos doesn't have change. I've NEVER been told that! When I requested the proper change, I was given another dollar and told to keep the change. Was that standard procedure? I won't be back to find out.
