  • I'm a property manager and had an issue with a rental over the holiday weekend but Dave didn't even hesitate to help when we called him! He found the issue and called the owner to explain the problem. He took the time to answer all the questions that were thrown at him and was polite and patient the entire time (sometimes I'm not even that patient with this owners slew of questions he always has!) The A/C was fixed and the owners and tenants were happy! Thanks so much for your professionalism! We will definitely be adding Dave & CoolZone to our regular vendors list!! P.S. The owner was very grateful and appreciative! Thank you!!
