| - I have lived around the corner from here for far too long and it was finally time to check this place out. Truthfully the lackluster reviews kept me away. I went after church with a friend and my daughter. We were promptly seated, the waitress was very kind and professional and even helped me narrow down my burger selection. I think at any diner the first place to start is with a burger and for me that's how I decide if I'll return. I ordered the Texas Grande (angus steak and smoked bacon stuffed with pulled bbq brisket, cheddar, crispy jalapenos) with a side of fries. My daughter ordered the buffalo wings and the Caesar salad. I absolutely, positively loved, loved, loved my burger and fries. No complaints, it was delicious and my food coma began before I even got up to leave. I don't know if I will be brave enough to try anything else since I know this tastes so yummy. But for the good of yelp, I shall try. I tried one of my daughters wing and they were tasty. Not amazing but definitely up to par and worth ordering again. She said her salad was good but some of the pieces were too big and chunky but nothing a knife and fork couldn't take care of.
The menu here is extensive and since my first experience here was a good one, I'll certainly go back and try other menu options but it's also cool that you can hit up their amazing bakery and just take some donuts, cakes, treats home with you to enjoy. I can understand now how the reviews are all over the place because one, taste is subjective and two, with such a big menu I gather it's impossible to do all things well. I believe the owners are Greek and I may try some of the Greek items to see how well they do them. As of this review, I recommend you give this place a try, everyone in your party is bound to find something they like.
That is all!
