I ordered a perishable item shipped FED EX overnight service that left NY on Tuesday. It is now THURSDAY and Fed Ex still has NOT DELIVERED my items. The tracking shows they have been sitting in the Phoenix distribution center since 6:19pm last night, 24 hours after it left NY. I had to call FED EX three times, twice this morning. They tell me they will deliver it by 8 PM TONIGHT!!!! I tell them it is RUINED. I ask for a supervisor, and their representative HANGS UP ON ME. Then they have the audacity to ask me to take a customer service survey! I have to CALL BACK, I'm out on hold for more than 7 minutes, at which time I'm then transferred to a "team" that tells me again it will be delivered by 8pm TONIGHT! I say what's the point ? It's RUINED!! It's PERISHABLE! It was OVERNIGHT DELIVERY! He says "sorry., The Phoenix office won't even open until 8am, he'll see what he can do."
WORTHLESS BUSINESS.
