rev:text	I'm writing this for all those people who check yelp once they find out their loan has been sold to this company that you've never heard of and find the horrific reviews .... because I must say - as soon as I got the letter that my loan had been sold to Roundpoint - I immediately went to Yelp and was horrified at what I saw... almost to the point where I was willing to refinance just to get away from them... but I took a deep breath and said.. okay - I know what I'm dealing with... I'm just going to stay on top of it. After 6 months - I haven't had any issues. They've taken out the mortgage payment when they were supposed to - They've paid my taxes on time which I confirmed with my county - and I've talked to customer service on a few occasions regarding insurance documents I've sent - and all have been able to confirm that the documents were received or respond to my questions in a coherent and polite manner. All in all I would give them a 5 as they are doing what I need them to do for now.... but I feel safe with a 4... it's only been 6 months.
