Just moved into the neighborhood and decided to check this location out when my husband I heard about $1 oysters Monday. We sat on the pleasant patio. Great view of the street and I liked how small and quaint it was.
It started going down hill when we had to ask for a waitress to serve us. The restaurant was empty, only the patio was filled. It's impossible to just "miss" us.
She brought us water glasses with obvious red lipstick stains on them. We proceeded ordering oysters, calamari, and the mussels. All very excellent, but we felt like we almost had to hunt them down. Took over 45 minutes for the food arrive. The ice was half melted and the oysters were sinking. We had to ask for the tiny spoons to dress our oysters. We were finished with the oysters by the time she brought the spoons. We had to ask serval times for napkins and silverware to finish the rest of our meal.
She split the check incorrectly. (We were accompanied by my husband's employer) After the second time splitting it wrong, we gave up and pay the check so we can leave ASAP. It was a stressful meal to say the least.
