I had an appt. in Dec. 2017. I kept getting emails and texts to make an appt. so I did. When I got there the receptionist said they couldn't see me. I asked to speak to the office manager and I did. She made up a fictional name of an insurance company she said I had, which I don't, and said I could not be seen. I gave her my insurance card. I called my insurance company, my insurance company said they were contracted with Phoenix Skin and there was no reason they couldn't see me, my insurance even talked to the manager.
