  • Been living here since 2011, long time no problem place no problem, quiet resident, since May new management entered in, after of many years of living peacefully, here comes a New Yorker Regional Manager tagging everyones vehicle, on an Open space, car is not bothering anyone, i understand if your car is expire, on someone elses spot, not running, or leaking oil or whatever then hey i have no problem more than welcome of tagging it, but you need to investigate before you think it needs to be removed.. most people have multiple vehicles and work long hours but here comes the regional manager wants all cars to be driven lol.. ive worked for prop management and have not once seen this situation where your required to park on a different spot everytime, i have references.. its just super funny so i dont reccomend this place anymore unless you only have 1 car but i dont gaurantee that this regional manager not going bother you.. I think you need to do first is try get everything together like fix the repairs in a timely manner.. The complex manager is good tho its just the regional manager either kissing ass or she just lonely or she needs some attention or something... LMAO!!!
