  • Having never been on a Segway before, we had some out of town guests that were looking for something interesting to do. This turned out to be a big hit for everyone in our group. We picked Tempe Town Lake since it has a nice combination of open areas and obstacles -- and the view of the lake is really nice. Our guide was Tiffany, and she was exceptional during the tutorial phase as well as the tour. One person we brought was nervous that she was going to fall or crash, but five minutes into the tutorial our guest realized how easy it was to ride a Segway. The only downside of the tour is that the price is a little on the high side but worth it at least for the first time. I also want to add that Segway of Scottsdale's customer service was very helpful in working with a Living Social issue we had with our coupon. Smoothing that issue out really helped ensure that I'd recommend it to friends and that I'll be back with more guests someday. Thanks guys!
