  • I love my dog to the moon and back, and all I wanted was to find a place that would treat my dog the best. I was told by a friend about this place and I gave it a try. The first time I went this lady who I assumed owned the place was so sweet and kind she made me feel at ease and I trusted her. I kept bringing her there bc honestly she did such an amazing job. But then all of that changed. I brought my doggie in one day and all I got was attitude and disrespect. She cut my dogs hair and it was horrible she cut it to short and made my baby look horrible. I talked to her about it and all she said was it wasn't her fault :s. Then I called her again to make another appointment and she was rude and honesty a Cady women. I will never go again and honestly my friends who I recommend there will not be going to puff and purr ever again. Staff from puff and purr are not recommend for others and I will neverrr go there again!
