  • Extremely happy with the carpet cleaning job done by Charles and Josh from J2 Cleaning this morning! I was quoted a price over the phone when I scheduled the appointment, and that is exactly what I was charged. No hidden fees. They called to ask if they could come early because they had a cancellation. The timing worked well for me. Charles and Josh were polite, efficient, and hard working. They got my carpets clean! This is the second time I have used J2 cleaning, and I will continue to use them in the future.
