  • I wish I could give a negative star. I tried one of those group deals and got a very junior stylist, Hoss. He bragged about how he's the owner's son. If the owner had any business sense, he would not let his son work there, nor try to attract new customers using his son as the only available option for the coupons. I asked Hoss to thin out my har - he took his scissors and just picked off hair without any strategy or direction. I now have two distinct layers in my hair, which looks like a mullet. BEWARE!
