  • Took my kitty in due to injuries from a bad fight. The facility was clean and in good shape. they saw me right away, and were able to begin care fairly quickly. The treated blanket in the exam room really calmed my cat down. The desk staff, technician, and vet were all very friendly and helpful. The basket of snacks while I waited was a great touch. Treatment wasn't cheap. They were responsive to a follow up call when she had some swelling after getting home, but they may have been to quick to recommend a return visit. I'm glad I just gave it some time. I recommend 1st Pet for emergency care, but do be prepared to pay a premium.
