Ha! This is the worst excuse for a communications company in the history of the universe. Their customer service is atrocious and their billing team is even worse.
If you cancel cable (but keep internet) and return their cable box to their store, they will STILL charge you over $500 because their store didn't 'register' that you returned the cable box. This is AFTER us calling to confirm everything was okay once the cable box was returned. We literally had someone lie to us and say that they would reverse the charge before the bill hit our bank account.
Now we have over drafted and incurred fees, thanks to this terrible company.
