| - I lived here for a year, and it was TERRIBLE! The walls are paper thin, and so is the ceiling. There was 2 toddlers running all over the apartment above me at all hours of the night and day, and when I complained to Elizabeth the office manager, she asked if I WOULD BE WILLING TO MOVE! After I declined to move, since I was not the one causing the problem Elizabeth promised to talk with her boss, yet she never got back to me. In addition to the constant noise making of my upstairs neighbor with no chance of peace and quiet in my residence, this community has multiple problems. The entrance gate is always open, although you pay a premium price to live in a gated community. You also get to pay for the gym that is on property. Try turning on a treadmill when you view the property so you can see for yourself that even if you choose the speed to be at 1.5, it will start at 7.0. Not only that, but the treadmills came to a dead stop several times when I was running on them. This is extremely dangerous, and when it was brought to Elizabeth's attention, she told me she had never heard anything about problems with the treadmill before. Yet, when I returned to the gym after speaking with her about the problem, another resident mentioned to me that she has had repeated problems with the treadmill, and reported it to the office. I moved into an apartment that had dirty carpet from the previous tenant, and had the office clean the carpet the first week I moved in. However, when I moved out they charged me for normal wear in high traffic areas. Not to mention I HAD PUT RUGS DOWN TO WALK ON IN HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS SO THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE PREVIOUS TENANT'S DIRTY CARPET THAT LOOKED THE SAME WHEN I MOVED IN! Don't let the fancy office fool you! This place is a DUMP! If you want to pay a premium price to live in a DUMP, then move here!
